Commission - What does it cost you for Buyer Agent representation?

Typically, the commission is paid by the seller! So, there is NO COST TO YOU for my services! If the property you are interested in is listed in the Multiple Listings Service (MLS), then the seller offers compensation (commission) to the agent who brings a qualified buyer. The commission is paid by the seller through escrow at closing.
